Return & Exchange Policy
At Zennava, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and clear.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of damage or missing parts.
- For any issues caused during shipping, please provide photos for verification.
Shipping & Fees
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please note: For international orders (U.S. & EU), customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped after we receive the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned beyond the 7-day window
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items not meeting the return conditions listed above
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Whether you’d like a return or exchange
Our support team will respond within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
